Today was my last day of class EVER! I can't believe my college career is (almost) over. I just have a few finals left and then I am completely done with college. I cannot believe it! College has definitely had its ups and downs. I attend 3 universities throughout my 4 years, I had 17 roommates before I got married during my senior year, and moved 6 times. I traveled to 7 different states and felt like the airport was my second home because I flew home about every other month until I started dating Riley. Throughout my college life, I have had 8 jobs and I just started my career as the Social Media Manager at a marketing firm in the Salt Lake Valley. I'm so thankful for the support of my husband, parents, and in laws. There were many times when I just wanted to move home or quit college all together. I'm thankful for my education and the doors it has opened for me. Cheers to the rest of the journey ahead!

Engagments

Riley and I were married on September 20, 2013 (7 months ago last Sunday). We took our engagement pictures up in the canyon and at the capital. When we took our engagements in the canyon, it started pouring down rain on us! It was crazy because we were up in the rain cloud. So because of the rain, we rescheduled to make sure to get a lot of good pictures. I decided to reschedule at the capital. I loved taking pictures at the capital because of the neat features of the building itself. I absolutely loved working with Jalene Taylor with J.Taylor photography, and I would recommend her to everyone!

Mindy Mae's Market

The Cabin

We love going to our friend's cabin during the summer. We own a horse (named Admiral), and so do our friends so we take them up to the cabin and go on horse back rides. It is such a pretty area-I love it! Shawna rode a horse that had hair that matched hers. We thought it was pretty funny, so I had to snap a picture. And how cute is that old diner?! It's on the road up to the cabin. I had always wanted to stop there, and last summer we were able to. I can't wait to go up again and spend time with our friends!
