Add a vest (fur, military or puffer) and a pop of color and you're set! I love the Etc. Etc. Etc. from & Apparel because it's soft, really really long...and on sale. I love that you can dress these shirts up or down. You can see Shawna's post from yesterday HERE of how she dressed her tee up for the holidays coming up.

Friday Favorites

Friday Favorites: Chelsea

Lipstick: Mac Rebel
Boyfriend Flannel: Old Navy
Riding Boots: Nordstrom

I got a taste of fall last weekend, and it was heavenly. The cool weather, the crisp fall air, and the leaves changing just made me excited for fall to officially begin. For fall, I love darker lip colors, boyfriend flannel, and riding boots. It's the perfect combo for going up in the mountains, date night, and running errands. I love that you can pair the flannel with leggings, skinny jeans, or a skirt. And riding boots go with all three options too! Plus it's super comfortable! It's a win win :)

Favorite Fall Accessories

Chambray: Old Navy (old) similar
Jeans: Target (old) similar
Booties: Target (old) similar
Hat: Target
Scarf: Target / Similar
Purse: Coach / similar
Watch: Fossil
Bracelet: Alex and Ani

Last Saturday was my 1 one year anniversary, so Riley surprised me with a trip up to Park City! It was a little bit colder since we were up in the mountains, and the leaves were starting to change. I was so excited to wear my new hat and bust out the booties. My favorite fall accessories this year are wool hats, plaid scarfs, and booties. I want to wear them all the time, but sadly this weekend was the only time I could. It started to get warm again this week and I'm back to wearing more summery type clothing. This scarf is from Target, but it looks EXACTLY like the Zara blanket scarf. I couldn't find it online, but I know they sell them in the stores. I've been wanting the Zara scarf, but every time I go to buy it it's sold out! Such a bummer. I'm so glad Target had one similar (and it was on sale at the time).  What are your favorite fall accessories?

A Pop of Pink (Giveaway)

Hat: Gift
Cardigan c/o: Pink Blush
Top: Old Navy (old)
Leggings c/o: Pink Blush
Hunter Boots: Nordstrom
Bracelet: Alex and Ani

Nothing screams fall quite like a cute cardigan and wool hat. When I got this cardigan from Pink Blush I couldn't be happier. It is the perfect addition to my fall wardrobe! I'm always on the hunt for aztec print cardigans, and can never find ones that I love that don't cost an arm and a leg for. PLUS this cardigan is on sale at Pink Blush for $31 right now. And let me talk about these leggings...pure heaven. They aren't sheer thin like a lot of leggings. They aren't so thick though that you die of a heat stroke either. I'm in love with them, and you'll probably be seeing more of them on the blog this winter. SO! What better way to show how much we love Pink Blush than to giveaway a gift card to their cute online boutique?! Just enter below:

P.S. It was rainy on Sunday, so I thought my Hunter boots were a great pop of color to add to my outfit. I love my Hunters, and I'm always looking for an excuse to wear them :)

Anniversary Week: Bridals by J.Taylor Photography

Saturday is my one year anniversary, so I thought I would share some of my bridal pictures today! Jalene Taylor was my photographer, and I could not be more happy with my choice. I had followed her on social media after she was the photographer for my friend Alexa's wedding. I knew I had to have her as my wedding photographer, and I was crossing my fingers that she would be available for my wedding day. I was definitely stressing because I only had 3 months to plan my wedding, and finding a venue for our reception was tough. Everything was booked! I was nervous that Jalene would be booked too.

My greatest piece of advice for people picking out a photographer is do your research. Make sure you absolutely love your photographer, and check their portfolio in and out. Nothing would be more devastating to me than to not have pictures that I'm in love with of my engagements/bridals/wedding day. A photographer is an investment too. Don't just hire someone with a nice camera. I know we all have budgets, and there are great photographers out there who can meet your requirements. Ask around, and utilize the power of social media.

I can't wait to share my wedding day pictures and video with you! It truly was the best day of my life.

How to Get a Workout Outfit for $25

When I heard about Fabletics, I thought it was too good to be true. Your first outfit (sports bra, top, and bottom) for $25 AND free shipping?! My friends were telling me about Fabletics and how comfortable the clothes were. I decided to give it a shot, and I'm in love. So here is the low down of how to get a workout outfit for $25: You have to become a VIP member. Now-before you roll your eyes and stop reading this post, just bare with me because you'll thank me later. Here are the perks of being a VIP:

1. Shop Your Outfits - Your first outfit is $25. Then on the 1st of each month, we'll send you outfits selected just for you and your workouts. Complete outfits start at just $49.95 for VIP Members, a savings of up to 40%.

2. Buy or Skip - Purchase the outfits you love, or if nothing catches your eye, simply skip the month by the 5th. You can skip as many months as you want. They also send you a reminder email on the 1st of each month.

3. Accrue a Credit - If you don't make a purchase or skip the month by the 5th, you'll be charged $49.95 for 1 member credit on the 6th. Each member credit can be redeemed for 1 outfit — use it to shop anytime.

4. Cancel Anytime - If you feel like this program isn't right for you, you can cancel anytime.

So how's that for AMAZING?! I'm always willing to splurge on work out clothes because I know how hard I wear and tear them. With Fabletics, I don't have to splurge! Their outfits are cute and so comfortable. I think I have 4 outfits now, and I always mix and match them depending on if I'm doing spin, weight training, zumba, or pilates. I hope you love Fabletics just as much as I do! (You can get started HERE).

Friday Favorites: Boots

Fall boots

Boots are probably my favorite shoe....ever. I love once the fall weather hits, and I get to move all my boots to the front of the line in my shoe collection. So I put together a collage of my favorite boots/booties. I love Hunter, Frye, Steve Madden, and J.Crew brands for boots. The shoes will last for FOREVER. Just make sure to take in your leather boots to have spiffed up and re-heeled every season. What are your favorite boots/booties? xox
